Social Security offices throughout the US are closed on federal holidays. Below is a list of these holidays for 2018. Some locations are closed on days not listed below, because of this we recommend that you contact the location prior to visiting them to verify when they are open. Please note, as of March 2015 most offices are now open until 4pm, except on Wednesday.
